Dar Al Haram Travels (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides Hajj, Umrah, and other travel-related services from the UK. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Our office operates in compliance with UK travel laws and Saudi Hajj & Umrah regulations.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount varies depending on the package selected.
Full payment must be made before ticket issuance or as specified in your invoice.
Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation without refund.
Prices quoted are in GBP (£) and are subject to change before final booking confirmation.
Cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter).
Deposit amounts are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If a cancellation occurs after tickets or visas have been issued, airline or visa fees will be deducted from any potential refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days after receiving confirmation from our suppliers.
Visa issuance is the sole discretion of the Saudi authorities. We act only as a facilitator and cannot guarantee approval.
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date.
Any errors in documentation must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
All pilgrims are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering health, cancellation, delays, and loss of belongings.
Dar Al Haram Travels is not liable for any costs arising from uninsured incidents.
Flight schedules, airlines, and hotels are subject to availability and may change due to operational reasons beyond our control.
We strive to provide the hotels mentioned in our packages or equivalent alternatives of similar standards.
Check-in/check-out times follow standard hotel policies unless otherwise arranged.
Dar Al Haram Travels acts as an intermediary between airlines, hotels, and service providers.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Pilgrims are responsible for their personal belongings and compliance with all Saudi laws and regulations.
All travellers must be medically fit to perform Hajj or Umrah.
Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed before booking.
We are not liable for any health-related issues arising during travel or pilgrimage.
All pilgrims are expected to maintain respectful behaviour in accordance with Islamic etiquette and Saudi regulations. Misconduct may result in removal from the group without refund.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
